Terms and Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of HVAC services by Aircon HVAC Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to its clients (“Customer”, “you”, “your”). By scheduling or receiving any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Offered

Aircon HVAC Solutions provides the following services:

  • HVAC installation (residential & commercial)
  • HVAC maintenance and repairs
  • Air conditioning and heating system diagnostics
  • Duct cleaning and inspections
  • Indoor air quality assessments

All services are subject to availability and may require on-site inspections prior to final estimates.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. All estimates are based on the current market rates and the initial site assessment. Changes in scope or unexpected conditions may result in additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to cancel within this period may result in a cancellation fee of $75.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers.
  • A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will apply to past due invoices.
  • Returned checks will incur a $35 fee.

6. Warranty

  • Installation Warranty: 1 year on labor; manufacturer warranty on equipment applies.
  • Repair Warranty: 90 days on labor; parts warranty as per manufacturer’s policy.
  • Warranty is void if equipment is tampered with or not maintained as recommended.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aircon HVAC Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide clear and safe access to the service area.
  • Ensure electrical systems and other utility services are up to code.
  • Inform us of any hazardous materials or structural conditions that may affect our work.

9. Permits and Code Compliance

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. All work will be performed in accordance with applicable state and local codes.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service if:

  • Unsafe working conditions are present
  • Payment terms are violated
  • Customer engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of Northern Virginia.

12. Amendments

Aircon HVAC Solutions may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
